Offer Your Campus as the Host Site
The NERUG Board is looking for a New England host institution for our next annual conference. If your campus has the space and facilities, please tell us about it using the form below.
What We Need From a Host
- Date: Friday, June 18, 2027
- Capacity: A general session space that seats at least 180 people
- Breakout rooms: Several additional rooms for concurrent sessions
- A/V: Projection, screens, sound, and microphones in the session rooms
- Connectivity: Guest Wi-Fi for all attendees
- Food service: On-site catering for continental breakfast and lunch, including dietary accommodations
- Vendor space: Room for sponsor and vendor tables, plus a registration and gathering area
- Access: ADA-accessible facilities and attendee parking
